I am soooo excited to share this digital space with you!
Over the past couple of weeks, like all of you, I have been trying to navigate my feelings. It feels like the world is falling apart, doesn’t it?
While government regulations, medical research, and statistics are changing every day, I feel like I need more control and productivity in my life, don’t you?
I thought to myself, “How can I remain productive?” “How can I feel accomplished, strong and happy?”
But most importantly, “How can I maintain my health during these confusing and scary times?”.
I realized that the only way to do this is through support and community. We thrive off of relationships, and although we cannot currently get-together physically, we can easily connect with one another digitally!
That’s why I decided to create “The Nourished Nook”, a living digital space that includes health and wellness resources (The Daily Planner, a Recipe E-Book, Online Resources, and IG Templates) to help you stay productive and feeling happy, strong, and healthy during your time in self-isolation/quarantine and while you’re social distancing.
