Happy Tuesday Nourished Ones!

I can’t believe another weekend has come and gone! Can you?

Yesterday, I overdid it with my foot/ankle injury… it’s been very difficult to just stay still. To be honest, having this injury and not being able to move the way I used to has been more difficult than staying still hours meditating.

Today I have made the committment to rest, to be still, and to just be.

Upon my resting and reflecting I have found more resources that I know will be beneficial to our isolation.

I updated the widgets below on the “Online Resources” section of The Nourished Nook. Anything that’s new, is highlighted in green within the documents.

One resource in particular is a modified 30 minute workout for people with foot/ankle injuries. It’s honestly one of the toughest workouts I’ve done in a while and I can’t believe I broke a sweat doing it and also got to workout my legs and glutes… I thought it would be impossible without the use of both of my feet. Check it out here!

The Online Resources section will always be changing, as it is a living space, so be sure to check it REGULARLY to access all the nourishing content!

I have also released my 3 Daily Planners. You can access the planners by clicking the links below! I hope you enjoy them and I hope they help you and your families in your isolation. As a certified teacher, I am so glad students are still able to learn during this time and I hope The Daily Planner for Kids and for Teens helps them organize their day and to navigate their emotional and mental well-being during this time of uncertainty and change.
