Somehow, Mondays always feel like Mondays, even in self-isolation. Am I right?

I always feel like Mondays symbolize a fresh start; a time to focus on what is and what can be instead of what was. And how fitting is this during our current times?

I always like starting my week and my days with intentions because they help me set the tone of my day ahead. Today, when I am faced with a challenge today I vow to focus on my breath and to think deliberately and consciously before acting. What is your intention for today?

When I began my health and wellness journey, I began incorporating intentions into my every day life. They really helped me focus on my thoughts and actions on what served me and helped me navigate through struggles that came up throughout the day.
