Happy Weekend Nourished Ones!
Thank you for all of your kind messages regarding my post about grief yesterday.
It’s so comforting knowing we are in this together and have a solid, nourishing community to support one another through acknowledgement and just, well, going through the motions together.
If you ever need ANYTHING during this time please don’t hesitate to leave a comment at the end of this blog post or connect with me by clicking here.
I am here for you.
As you already know by now, something that gets me through the day is nourishing my body with home cooked meals, smoothies, and snacks. As we are all trying to navigate self-isolation and the rest of the items left in our refrigerators and pantries I thought I’d compile a recipe E-Book with some of my easy, healthy, go-to meals.
These recipes are simple to make for families and for meal prep and also incorporate a variety of whole foods and varying, staple ingredients that will help you bring out the flavours in your pantry and kitchen.
- 2 Breakfast Recipes
- 4 Sides and Mains
- 2 Dessert Recipes
- Plant-Based, Vegan, Refined Sugar-Free, Flourless, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free, Paleo, Keto, and Whole30 Recipes.
- Macro Nutrients for Each Serving
So what are you waiting for! Let’s get cooking!
