Happy Wednesday Nourished Ones!

I just updated the “Online Resources” section of The Nourished Nook.

We made it to the middle of the week and to be honest, I am not feeling my best emotionally and mentally.

Something that always lifts my spirits is cozying up on the couch and watching some Netflix. Don’t you agree? Sometimes we need time to relax the mind, to let go, and to just watch. Some of my most fondest memories of “normal” life are just spent watching a great film on the couch surrounded by loved ones and some snacks.
