My hopes is that this blog will give you more insight into my food freedom philosophy and eating in moderation and wellness tips that will encourage you to live a healthy, happy and fulfilled life each and every day.
I will also be travelling a lot this year so I will be posting photos from my travels, which will include all the food because that’s what I’m all about, all the sights because this world is a miracle and exercise to do on the road because that’s what wakes me up in the morning.
I will also be sharing travel inspirations and tips that I learn along the way.
